I was pleasantly surprised to find both a double bed and a single bed in my room, which was perfect for my group. The staff were accommodating and friendly, always ready to assist when needed. Additionally, I appreciated the small details like the availability of additional pillows upon request and the provision of bottled water in the mini-fridge.

While there's always room for improvement, I have to say that my overall experience at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

Some front desk staff may not be as friendly, and certain room facilities, such as the bed corners and bathroom door handles, may be in need of repair.
